By registering to volunteer at this event, I acknowledge and agree that:

· I am over 18 years old.

· I am volunteering to assist with Goalball activities facilitated by the Victorian Goalball Association (VGA) and ExSights Sports at the Para Tough Cup.

· Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am assisting VGA voluntarily and at my own risk. I also understand that my role may involve light physical activity, including:

o setting up and packing down equipment;

o running activities; and

o engaging with members of the public, including children.

· Medical Fitness: I confirm that I am medically fit to participate in this activity and will notify the VGA of any relevant medical conditions or injuries that may affect my participation.

· Working with Children Check: I confirm that I hold a current and valid Victorian Working with Children Check, which is linked to VGA.

· Following Instructions: I agree to follow all instructions provided by event organisers and representatives of VGA.

· Personal Responsibility & Conduct: I understand and will comply with VGA’s policies and procedures including (without limitation) VGA Code of Behaviour and Blind Sports Austrlaia National Intregity Framework (NIF). I will act in a safe, respectful, responsible, and inclusive manner during Para Tough Cupand understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the activity.

· Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that VGA will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage I may sustain as a result of my activities as a volunteer (including where caused by negligence). · I also indemnify VGA against loss arising from third-party claims arising out of or in connection with my activities as a volunteer to the extent caused by my negligence, breach of this agreement, or unlawful conduct.
