By registering for the iPod Shuffle Day hosted by the Victorian Goalball Association (VGA), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

📝 1. General Acknowledgement

I understand that this is a community fundraising event involving physical activities and competitions. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.

👟 2. Health and Safety

• I confirm that I (or my child, if registering on their behalf) am physically fit to participate in this event.

• I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by VGA organisers and volunteers.

• I understand that VGA takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activities.

🧒 3. Parental/Guardian Consent (if under 18)

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am their parent/legal guardian and give permission for them to participate fully in the iPod Shuffle Day event and its associated activities.

🎧 4. Playlist and Prize Draw

• One song submission is included per ticket entry.

• Extra songs may be purchased for $2 per song. Each song purchased is treated as an additional entry in the shuffle draw.

• The song played at exactly 7:00pm will be declared the winner of the cash prize.

• All song entries must be appropriate for a family-friendly event. VGA reserves the right to refuse or remove any songs that are deemed inappropriate.

📸 5. Media and Photography

I give permission for photographs and/or videos taken during the event to be used by VGA for promotional and reporting purposes. If I prefer not to be included in media, I will inform organisers prior to the event.

🛑 6. Release of Liability

I release the Victorian Goalball Association, its committee, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from injury, loss, or accident incurred during the event.

By submitting my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above waiver and terms.
